As a Test Automation Lead, you will oversee the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance quality processes, tools, and methodologies, ensuring improved control, accuracy, and integrity in testing. You will also focus on evolving predictive and intelligent testing approaches through automation and innovative solutions, driving the overall quality of software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and tools.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the testing function.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Node.js.

- Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.

- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies.

- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.

- Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques.

- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Node.js.

- This position is based at our Manila office.

No. of hours per week: 45 Hours

Shift Schedule: 6AM – 4PM, Monday to Friday

Work Set up: Hybrid

Number of days in a month or week that needs to be in the office: Twice a week
