Description
- Provide technical support for automation tools and processes, ensuring seamless operations.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues related to automation systems and software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define automation solutions.
- Monitor the performance of automation scripts and make necessary adjustments.
- Document automation processes and update knowledge base for future reference.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in automation support or a related area
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with automation tools and technologies (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins)
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced work environment with potential for remote work
