Job Description

Proficient in Sketchup and Manual Drawing

Description

  • Create detailed, accurate, and high-quality 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD software based on project specifications, sketches, or blueprints.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop design plans and solutions that meet technical requirements.
  • Review and revise designs to ensure accuracy, compliance with design standards, and project deadlines.
  • Prepare design layouts, schematics, and drawings for projects, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings.
  • Incorporate feedback from team members and clients into updated drawings or designs.
  • Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
  • Ensure all designs are compliant with industry regulations, codes, and safety standards.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or related field preferred.
  • Experience Level: Entry to mid-level experience in design projects.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Sketchup and manual drawing techniques.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Create and develop design concepts, assist in project documentation, and collaborate with the design team.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, creative thinker, and strong communication skills.
