Master Body & Paint Technician / Trainer

We are looking for an experienced Master Body & Paint Technician / Trainer with strong hands-on expertise in both automotive body repair and painting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform light, medium, and major automotive body repairs.
• Conduct dent repair, panel alignment, and body restoration.
• Perform surface preparation, color matching, spray painting, refinishing, and polishing.
• Inspect completed repairs and ensure quality standards are met.
• Train and provide technical guidance to local automotive technicians.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience as an Automotive Denter and Painter.
• Strong experience in light, medium, and major body repairs.
• Experience working on different types of vehicles.
• Skilled in denting, panel alignment, automotive painting, refinishing, color matching, and polishing.
• Good English communication skills.
• Previous experience as a trainer, team lead, foreman, or senior technician is an advantage.
• Must be willing to relocate to Algeria for at least 12 months.

Employment Details

• Contract Duration: Minimum of 12 months, subject to performance evaluation.
• Target Deployment: August 2026.
• Salary Range: USD 1,300–1,500 per month.
• Visa, work permit, accommodation, mobility expenses, and applicable allowances will be provided by the company.
