Job Summary:

Responsible for assembling, repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting go-kart units. Ensures all units are safe, functional, and in good operating condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and install go-kart parts (engine, chassis, steering, brakes, tires)
• Perform preventive maintenance and regular inspection
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues
• Conduct engine tuning and basic overhaul when necessary
• Perform welding and minor fabrication if needed
• Replace defective parts and components
• Ensure safety standards are followed before releasing units
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and work area
• Report major issues to Supervisor/Manager

Qualifications:

• College Graduate (Automotive/Mechanic related preferred)
• Experience in automotive or small engine repair is an advantage
• Knowledge in engine troubleshooting and mechanical systems
• Skilled in using mechanical tools and equipment
• Basic welding skills is an advantage
• Physically fit and willing to work in a workshop environment
