• Review and analyze financial statements, including reconciliation of accounts and bank statements.
• Conduct audits of inventory, including materials and equipment, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Oversee billings, collections, and advances related to engineering and construction projects, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
• Examine and verify accounts payable processes and transactions related to construction contracts and supplier agreements.
• Assess and verify compliance with regulatory standards, industry-specific guidelines, and internal policies.
• Perform on-site audits of construction projects to ensure operational adherence to financial and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand project budgets, costs, and financial implications of engineering decisions.
• Prepare audit findings and write comprehensive audit reports for management review, highlighting areas for improvement.
• Continuously monitor compliance with financial policies and procedures, particularly in relation to engineering projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
• Proven work experience as an Auditor or in a similar role, with specific experience in the engineering or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction accounting practices, including project cost management and billing.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) regulations, and TÜV SÜD certifications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Solid understanding of accounting, finance, and auditing principles.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, particularly in a project-based environment.
• Familiarity with general accounting practices and techniques, as well as relevant engineering regulations.
