The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Staff to handle audit functions and prepare accurate financial reports for each assigned business center. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and capable of ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

What You’ll Do

· Verify accuracy of daily sales, expenses, and supporting documents

· Conduct audit and review of transactions for assigned centers

· Monitor compliance with company policies and internal controls

· Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting and audit records

· Monitor cash and check collections, ensuring they match actual Accounts Receivable (A/R) receipts

· Prepare financial reports per center

· Assist in month-end closing and other accounting tasks as required

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related course

At least 1 year of experience in accounting or audit experience

Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and financial reporting

Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Trustworthy, organized, and able to handle confidential information

Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
