Job description:

Basic Purpose: Job holder will be responsible for review of damage watches sent to merchandising, inventory of PDD samples and other functional activities of the department. She will also be responsile for assisting immediate superior in the performance of special reviews at the request of management.

Major Responsibilities

PDD Samples

-Performs inventory samples, reconciles balances based on document and submits report to Audit Supervisor for review; Prepares Debit Memo on missing items.

GUESS Gift Card (Treasury)

-Performs inventory of GGC and reconcile balances based on documents pertaining to redemption and release.

Review of Watches for Repair (Merchandising)

-Review the status of the watches for repair sent to Merchandising. She is also responsible in the preparation of report on findings to be submitted to Audit Supervisor for initial interview.

Financial Audit: Conducts review of financial accounts

-Coordinates with Accounting regarding schedule of review

-Gathers supporting documents for review.

-Prepares initial draft of findings for review of Audit Supervisor.

Sick Leave

-Validation of sick leave availment of all employees based on HRIS versus Eleave and sumits report on findings and discrepancy to Audit Supervisor for review.

Unreturned Merchandise

-Responsible in detailing and updating the status of unreturned merchandise through coordination with accounting and concerned departments to arrive at a final balance for submission to Audit Supervisor.

EEC

-Validates balances on Employee Exit Clearance and forwards to Audit Supervisor for final checking.

Check Vouchers

-Review CV for Accuracy & completeness and forwards to Audit Supervisor for final cheking.

Corporate PCF

-Performs surprise count of corporate PCF at interval set by the department.

Damage Merchandise

-Conducts weekly evaluation of damage merchandise in coordination with Merchandising to determine types of Damages and causes for proper disposition.

Job Qualification

-Graduate of BS Accountancy

-With sufficient knowledge in Accounting

-With at least 1 year experience in Audit

-Computer literate (MS Office applications)

-With good communication skills (both oral & written)

-With good analytical ability
