Position: Japanese Information Security Analyst

Company Industry: Auditing Firm

Work Location: Taguig City

Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 120,000 (Negotiable)

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Work Set-up: Hybrid - 3 days work from home and 2 days onsite per week

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese
• Filipino who are JLPT N1, N2 Passer/Level
• JLPT Certificate is not a requirement
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, IT, Management Information System (MIS) or relevant field
• 1-2 years of experience as  IT Audit, IT Compliance, IT Risk Consultant, Information Security Analyst, or other related roles preferred
• Good understanding of the Assurance process and project lifecycle.
• Ability to work effectively as a team, showing excellent collaborative skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the main bridge of communication between local audit teams and the management of Japanese clients.
• Evaluate client information technology systems and business processes to ensure data integrity, system security, and regulatory compliances 
• Inspect corporate financial software to find security gaps or system weaknesses that could lead to reporting errors
• Review, verify, and translate technical records, system activity logs, and corporate policy guidelines between Japanese and English 
• Present official audit results, risk evaluations, and clear steps for fixing system issues directly to Japanese leadership 
• Evaluate internal security rules and automated settings within major global business software and financial platforms 
• Provide clear guidance to internal staff and regional clients on how to follow technical laws and prevent security risks
