JOB SUMMARY
The Audit Officer provide accurate inventory count, validate and review all records and document it according to Standard Operating Procedure. Determine and identify inventory losses and recommend improvement.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct financial, inventory, and compliance audits in stores and warehouses.
- Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile actual stock with POS system records.
- Validate the accuracy of POS data, inventory records, and generated reports.
- Prepare audit reports, document findings, and recommend process improvements.
- Train and guide audit assistants on audit procedures and schedules.
- Assist the Audit Manager and Supervisor with process reviews and strengthening internal controls.
