Description
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
- Assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings and presenting to management.
- Assist in the development of audit plans and risk assessment strategies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Must have CPA license
- Experience Level: 4-5 years of relevant experience in auditing or finance
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in audit software
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Qualities and Traits: High ethical standards and integrity in handling confidential information
