Audit Officer/Internal Auditor

Level Up Talent Solutions is currently looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Internal Auditor.

This role is ideal for a professional with strong critical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently present clear findings and recommendations to the Board of Directors. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal reviews and audit activities across various departments and processes
• Prepare audit findings, reports, and supporting documentation in a clear and professional manner
• Present observations, recommendations, and reports to management and/or the Board of Directors
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive company information
• Coordinate with department heads regarding audit concerns and corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Senior or Lead-level experience in Internal Audit.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident in presenting reports and data to executives and Board members
• Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Background in accounting is welcome but not required
• CPA license is an advantage but not mandatory
• Willing to work on Saturdays

Pre-Employment Requirements

Qualified candidates must be willing to:

• Submit a Barangay Clearance
• Submit a Police Clearance
• Submit Drug Test result
• Complete several assessments, including personality and psychological evaluations prior to onsite interview.
