Junior Audit & Tax Associate

Job Summary

We are hiring a Junior Associate – Compliance and Assurance Group (CAG) to support audit, assurance, and tax compliance engagements. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in accounting, audit, and tax, with a clear path toward Senior Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in audit procedures, reconciliations, and substantive testing
• Prepare working papers and supporting schedules
• Support tax compliance (VAT, withholding taxes, tax computations)
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, PFRS, ISAs, and BIR regulations
• Maintain organized, review-ready documentation

Junior Associate 2 (2–3 years):

• Handle more complex tasks with increased independence
• Perform initial reviews of simple accounts
• Guide Junior Associate 1s when needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA candidate preferred (willing to pursue CPA)
• 0–2 years (Junior Associate 1)
• 2–3 years audit/tax experience (Junior Associate 2)
