QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Internal Auditing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience in internal audit, inventory audit, or retail operations is an advantage but may not be required for entry-level applicants. Fresh graduates may be considered.
3. Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and other Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
5. Good written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
7. Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork at branches and store locations.
8. Highly organized, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information.
