  • Conduct thorough legal research on various topics, statutes, regulations, and case law.
  • Stay up to date on legal trends, case law, and regulatory changes.
  • Draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, memos, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of discovery documents, motions, and client reports.
  • Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates on case status.
  • Attend client meetings, take notes, and provide assistance in discussions.
  • Assist in preparing cases for hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
  • Review and organize case files, manage evidence, and track case progress.
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and arbitrations as directed by senior lawyers.
  • Represent clients in preliminary matters under the guidance of a senior attorney.
  • Perform due diligence tasks for mergers and acquisitions, financing, and other corporate transactions.
  • Review contracts and other legal documents for compliance and risk assessment.
  • Manage legal documentation and ensure that all legal files are well-organized.
  • Help senior attorneys with administrative tasks, case management, and scheduling.
  • Work closely with colleagues and senior attorneys to share insights and contribute to team goals.
  • Provide support to senior lawyers in ongoing cases and projects.


QUALIFICATION:

· Law degree (Juris Doctor or equivalent) from an accredited law school.

· Fresh Graduate and New Bar Passer are welcome to apply.

· Strong legal research and writing skills.

· Ability to analyze complex legal issues and communicate findings clearly.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team.

· Knowledge of legal software and document management systems.

· Some law firms may require a few months to 2 years of experience, either through internships, clerkships, or other legal practice.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Strong problem-solving skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
