- Review of relevant government issuances
- Drafting of basic legal documents (e.g. Special Power of Attorney, Secretary's Certificate, Affidavit of Loss)
- Coordinating with government agencies
- Coordinating with clients regarding pending legal and corporate matters
- Other related tasks and responsibilities may be delegated from time to time in support of the firm’s legal and corporate operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong legal research, drafting, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Newly passed lawyers are welcome to apply.
