Associate Lawyer

An Associate Lawyer would have the following responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and prepare an analysis of the pertinent legal points
• Prepare legal documents
• Coordinate with external parties such as the government and other officials regarding client requirements
• Assist lawyers in the preparation and filing of legal documents with the various courts and government agencies.
• Coordination with government offices for standard documentation
• Handle logistics and coordination
• Managers other assigned work

An Associate Lawyer must have the following requirements:

• Must have graduated from Law
• Must have passed the bar exam and taken his lawyer’s oath
• Be a member in good standing of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines
• New graduates are welcome although 1 to 2 years of litigation work experience is preferable.

An Associate Lawyer would have the following skills:

• Excellent oral and written English
• Excellent legal analysis and research skills
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office products.
• Extremely detail oriented, organized and capable of handling tasks on a schedule and with minimal supervision.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
