Associate Lawyer
APSSAT Law Office and Associates, a litigation firm, is looking for an Associate Lawyer with an excellent work ethic and passion for legal knowledge.
Qualifications
- Member of the Philippine Bar
- Good moral character
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willing to do field/liaising work and to be assigned in our Makati or Marikina City Office
Duties and Responsibilities
- Research and analysis of applicable jurisprudence and law
- Preparation and review of contracts, pleadings, opinions, and other legal documents
- Attend court hearings and client meetings in person and via VCH
- Supervision of staff and paralegals
- Perform other tasks necessary in the course of the Firm’s operations as determined by the Partners, to be explained during the interview
