  • Assistant (TA), helps teachers with classroom activities, lesson plans, and student supervision. They also help create a safe and stimulating learning environment.

    • Requirements

  • Communication: The ability to interact with children and understand and carry out instructions
  • Organization: The ability to manage time and keep things organized
  • Subject knowledge: Proficiency in the subject areas taught
  • Analysis: The ability to analyze information and make decisions
  • Clerical: The ability to perform basic clerical tasks like filing, typing, and collating
