Job Description

The Training Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, delivery, and evaluation of both technical and non-technical training programs. Key responsibilities include:


  • Designing and delivering training by developing curriculum and materials, selecting delivery methods, and monitoring effectiveness.
  • Leading discipline-specific training, such as professional/technical knowledge and competency development (e.g., Finance standards, Sales negotiation skills).
  • Conducting general workplace and skills training, including communication, time management, leadership, and common business tools (e.g., spreadsheets, email systems).
  • Collaborating with vendors for content development or training delivery as needed.
  • Proven experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to assess and align training with business goals.
  • Ability to manage feedback loops to evaluate and improve training performance.
  • Experience conducting communications workshops and training sessions.
  • Strong collaboration skills, particularly in working with Recruitment and Operations teams to address employee performance and reduce attrition.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Training Assistant Manager in BPO
  • Experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
  • Proven ability to manage feedback loops for training performance
  • Experience in running communications workshops/training
  • Strong collaboration skills, especially in working with Recruitment and Operations to address performance and attrition
