- Assist in daily operations and workflow management.

Requirements
- Job Title: Operations Assistant/Specialist
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in operations or administration.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, strong business analysis skills, excellent computer literacy, budgeting knowledge, and understanding of compliance regulations.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with operational tasks, conduct analyses, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based, full-time hours, with some flexibility for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong communication skills, and a team player.
