Description

Human Resources (HR):

Recruitment & Selection:

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Onboarding:

  • Facilitate new employee orientation to integrate them seamlessly into the organization.

Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Compensation & Employee Benefits:

  • Administer compensation packages and manage employee benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.

Performance Management:

  • Implement performance review systems to track and enhance employee productivity.

Employee and Labor Relations:

  • Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and maintain positive labor relations.

Employee Engagement:

  • Design and execute initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.

Payroll:

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Policy Management:

  • Regularly update and communicate company policies to align with labor laws and organizational needs.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Ensure workplace safety, compliance with legal requirements, and promote a safe working environment.


Administrative Functions:

Office Management:

  • Oversee office repairs, maintenance, and cleanliness to ensure a conducive working environment.

Financial Oversight:

  • Monitor and approve payment requests and purchase orders.
  • Assist in preparing the annual company budget.

Asset Management:

  • Track and manage the acquisition and maintenance of company assets.

Permits and Legal Compliance:

  • Process and monitor business permits to ensure legal compliance.

Executive Support:

  • Assist the CFO and Managing Director with legal cases and other specific administrative tasks.

General Administration:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and provide support as needed.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Managing Director or CFO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in HR and Administrative functions.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and office management.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
