Job Title: Art Director (Campaigns & Production Design)

Overview

We’re looking for an Art Director with a sharp visual eye and strong production design experience to lead the look and feel of our campaigns. This role is hands-on and concept-driven, focused on translating creative ideas into compelling visuals across campaign shoots and content. You’ll be responsible for shaping visual direction from concept through execution, ensuring every asset aligns with the brand and campaign strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the visual direction of campaigns across photo, video, digital and social media content.
• Lead production design for campaign shoots, including sets, props, styling, environments, and overall visual world.
• Develop and refine mood boards, visual references, and style frames to communicate creative vision.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Director, Brand and other departments to bring campaign concepts to life.
• Art direct photoshoots and video shoots on set, ensuring visual consistency and high-quality execution.
• Review and provide feedback on photography, video edits, motion, and retouching to ensure visuals meet creative standards.
• Ensure all campaign visuals align with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries when appropriate.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and visual excellence.
• Partner with external vendors, photographers, stylists, set designers, and production teams as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Visual Designer, with a strong focus on campaigns and production design.
• Proven experience art directing photo and video shoots.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign work, visual storytelling, and production design.
• Deep understanding of composition, color, typography, and visual systems.
• Ability to translate abstract ideas into clear, compelling visual directions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and adapting to evolving creative needs.

• Experience working on integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, and experiential.
• Familiarity with post-production workflows and motion design.
• Background in fashion, lifestyle, culture, or brand storytelling.
