We are looking for Art Director

The Art Director oversees the end-to-end creative strategy for our men’s care brand. This role is dedicated to bridging the gap between premium lifestyle branding and high-conversion performance, ensuring every visual—from a ""Get Ready with Me"" (GRWM) ad to a product landing page—is optimized for the modern consumer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the production of high-performing video content, focusing on product application, grooming tutorials, and lifestyle-driven storytelling (TikTok, Reels, YouTube).
• Align all creative assets with performance marketing goals, ensuring that ads are not only visually premium but engineered to lower CPA and increase ROAS.
• Oversee content direction across marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon), the brand’s D2C website, and social commerce channels.
• Implement a rigorous testing framework for creative hooks, thumbnails, and ""hero"" product shots to determine what drives the highest conversion.
• Mentor and lead a team of multimedia artists, photographers, and editors to maintain a consistent, high-end " "masculine aesthetic"" across all assets.

Qualifications:

• A deep understanding of how creative decisions impact e-commerce metrics (CTR, CVR, and Retention).
• Experience in optimizing creatives for personal care or lifestyle brands, with a focus on highlighting product benefits and "the routine.
• A leader who can pivot between high-level brand strategy and the technical execution of conversion-focused creative testing.
