Store Supervisor

Job Description
- Supervise daily store operations and staff activities
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
- Monitor sales performance and support the team in achieving targets
- Implement company policies, procedures, and promotional activities
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product availability
- Prepare sales reports and assist in inventory monitoring
- Train, coach, and motivate store staff
- Ensure compliance with company and mall regulations
Qualifications
- At least college level or vocational graduate
- At least 2 years of experience in retail or sales supervision is an advantage
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-focused and results-driven
