Description
- Oversee daily operations across multiple locations within the assigned area.
- Coordinate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer service.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
- Implement training programs for continuous team development and skill enhancement.
- Maintain effective communication with management and report on operational metrics.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a retail or sales environment
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving
