Description
- Manage daily operations across multiple locations within the assigned area.
- Oversee and train staff to ensure quality service and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to improve overall efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with management to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years in a supervisory role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
