- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Manage store staff, delegating tasks and providing training and support.
- Implement marketing strategies to increase store visibility and sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and issues.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management to drive sales performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in retail management
