Area Supervisor

•Handles at least 5 branches within the cluster (SM Manila, SM Sta. Mesa, SM San Mateo, SM San Jose, SM Caloocan)

•Reports to Operations Lead.

•Accomplish the goals set by the company.

• Manages and leads a team from the ground up.

• Read and interpret sales data and financial reports and decide the action plan.

• Establish direct coordination with mall and food court managers to get the ranking and food court or mall performance.

•Establish direct coordination with marketing for upcoming events and deep campaigns for the tie-up of marketing plans.

•Open new stores, will handle the monitoring of the process of business and building permits.

•Undergo mastery certification for supervisor.

•Complies with the use of the training plan and evaluation for ( kitchen staff, service crew, kitchen head, and supervisor.

•Strategize and comply with the KPI's achievements

•Diagnose and increase the sales performance of alarming stores.

•Establish a cluster support team to help and support the branch.

- With a wide range of experience at the store level both front and kitchen.

- Willing to travel.

- Willing to work under pressure and multitask.

- Willing to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

- With excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Willing to handle multiple SPVs.

- Computer literate.

- Neat and pleasing professional personality.
