The Unit Head role at Manulife Philippines is a full-time position responsible for leading and managing a sales or service unit based in Makati. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting unit targets, monitoring metrics, coaching and mentoring team members, and coordinating with other departments to drive business growth. The Head of Unit will develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base, improve operational efficiency, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications:

• With atleast 1 year experience in leading a unit or 3 years managerial experience in other industry
• With life insurance license
• Can bring in a team of 5 members
• Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience in supervising teams, coaching staff, and driving high-performance culture.
