Job Requirements

• With a Diploma or Certificate in any related field.

• With a valid Certificate of Employment (COE) from a previous employer.

• With at least 3 years’ experience in retail or supermarket operations.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Knowledgeable in inventory, merchandising, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Supervise staff, providing guidance and training to maintain high service standards.
• Support inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained and organized.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance shopping experience.
• Implement promotional activities and monitor their performance.
