Job Description
- Oversee daily operations within assigned areas to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and guidance as necessary.
- Coordinate with various departments to address needs and improve service delivery.
- Coordinate with member regarding payroll and benefits concern
- Ensure service-level agreement (SLA) with the client are facilitated.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate or undergraduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or any related field.
- With at least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
- Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
