Sales & Performance Management

• Monitor and evaluate sales performance of assigned stores
• Implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Analyze store reports and recommend improvements to increase profitability

Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise, train, and support Store Supervisors and front-line staff
• Conduct regular store visits to assess operations and provide coaching
• Coordinate staffing needs and help resolve HR issues at store level

Store Operations

• Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and merchandising standards
• Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and loss prevention measures
• Ensure proper execution of promotions, pricing, and visual displays

Reporting & Administration

• Submit regular reports on sales, staffing, and operational issues
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with company standards
• Help develop and roll out new operational procedures or sales initiatives

Customer Service Oversight

• Ensure high-quality customer service across all stores
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 2-3 years of experience in retail, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or multi-store role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office and basic retail management systems (POS, inventory tools)
• Willingness to travel across assigned store locations
• Willingness to handle more than 5 stores
• Willingness to travel within the area and outside the area.
