JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sales Supervisor will supervise sales representatives and achieve team sales, coverage, and customer development targets. This position requires proven experience guiding employees, coordinating daily work, and maintaining team performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assign territories, leads, accounts, and daily sales priorities.

• Monitor sales activity, conversion, pipeline, and target achievement.

• Coach team members on selling, negotiation, reporting, and customer management.

• Support major client meetings and resolve sales execution issues.

• Prepare forecasts, performance reports, and corrective action plans.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• 3–5 years of sales experience, including supervisory or team leadership responsibility.

• Previous sales supervisory or team leadership experience is required.

• Strong coaching, target management, negotiation, and analysis skills.

• Able to manage field or inside sales activities and CRM reporting.

• Willing to travel or work flexible schedules when required.
