The Area Retail Supervisor – Central is responsible for overseeing the operations, sales performance, and overall management of multiple store locations within the assigned area. The role ensures that sales targets, operational standards, and customer service objectives are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail store locations within the assigned area.
• Monitor and evaluate store performance against sales targets, operational KPIs, and company standards.
• Participate in the acquisition, development, and opening of new store locations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance and profitability of existing stores.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and financial reports to identify opportunities for growth and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and operational procedures across all stores.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support business objectives and ensure smooth store operations.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales performance, operational concerns, and business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
• Minimum of three (1-3) years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a supervisory or area management role.
• Proven experience in managing multiple store locations and leading diverse teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to interpret sales and financial reports.
• Excellent customer service orientation and relationship management skills.
• Willing to travel frequently within the assigned area and conduct regular store visits.
