Position: Sales Supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree Holder

4–6 years of solid sales experience, with 3–5 years in outbound sales

Proven experience in end-to-end B2B sales is a strong advantage

Amenable to work on a Hybrid Set Up in Quezon City

Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the Sales Executive in achieving targets by executing, reviewing, and optimizing sales strategies while guiding and motivating the team

Drive sales campaigns by setting clear objectives, forecasting quotas, and monitoring pipelines to convert prospects into customers

Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads for all initiatives

Lead by example through active involvement in sales activities, including cold calling and client engagement

Coach, mentor, and develop Sales Executives through regular feedback, performance reviews, and call quality assessments

Collaborate with Sales Leaders and cross-functional teams to implement training, strategies, and programs that drive revenue growth
