SME Sales Supervisor

Overview:

The SME Sales Supervisor supports the entire SME team. This field-based role assists Outlet Cashiers and Sales Executives with negotiation strategies, new account generation, and product demonstrations.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and support the SME sales team in achieving assigned sales targets and key performance indicators.
2. Assist Sales Executives and Outlet Cashiers in negotiating with SME clients and closing sales.
3. Develop and implement sales strategies focused on acquiring and retaining SME accounts.
4. Identify and generate new SME business opportunities through fieldwork and referrals.
5. Conduct or support product demonstrations and presentations for SME customers.
6. Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide feedback to improve results.
7. Train and coach SME sales staff on products, pricing, and effective selling techniques.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
9. Coordinate with other departments to address customer requirements and service concerns.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all SME sales activities.
11. Attend training, seminars, and workshops as needed.
12. Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects to support efficient operations and business growth, including:

• Overseeing outlet renovations
• Scouting and evaluating new outlet locations
• Management of sales and marketing paraphernalia

Qualification:

• College Graduate
• Must know how to drive a motorcycle and have a valid Driver’s license
• Detail-oriented with a high sense of integrity
• Computer literate
