Area Sales Supervisor for VisMin

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Area Sales Area Supervisor to oversee multiple store operations across VISMIN (CEB, ILO, DVO, BCD, CDO, ZAM). The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales strategy, marketing, and store operations, with at least 5 years of supervisory experience managing three or more branches. If you are skilled in operational audits, store openings, and closures, and can ensure sales targets are met, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the operations of multiple stores (minimum of 3 branches).
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies tailored to the assigned area.
• Process permits for store construction, mall operations, and government compliance.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and year-end audits of store operations and inventory.
• Handle store openings and closures, ensuring compliance with construction, mall, and government requirements.
• Monitor sales progress in the area and provide variance reports with recommended corrective actions to store leaders.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets through effective management and field supervision.
• Conduct regular fieldwork to support and monitor store performance.

Job Status:

Direct Hire

Reports directly to the Group Head of Sales.

Full HMO coverage upon regularization (6 months).

Working schedule: 6 days a week.

Competitive incentive structure.

Lodging and Transportation are provided by the company.

Salary Range:

For candidate with above 5 years experience, higher salary may be offered based on the experience of the candidate.

Average 15,000 PHP Incentive earnings.

Graduate of any course.

At least 5 years of working experience in a supervisory role managing multiple branches (3 or more).

Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams across multiple locations.

Willing to be assigned to any location for 3 months.
