Description
- Supervise and manage sales activities within the assigned area to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer engagement.
- Train and mentor sales representatives to enhance performance and teamwork.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to assess performance and propose improvements.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Results-driven with a positive attitude
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
