Role Overview

We are looking for a Micro Space Planning Supervisor to lead planogram creation and revision, space optimization, and store execution across assigned categories. This role plays a key part in driving sales and enhancing customer experience through effective in-store space planning through planograms and highlight initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain planograms (POGs) aligned with category strategies
• Analyze SKU performance and recommend space optimization actions
• Ensure accurate and timely implementation of planogram display and highlights in stores
• Collaborate with Trading, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations teams
• Monitor store compliance and resolve execution gaps

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, Engineering, or related field
• 1–2 years experience in retail space planning, merchandising, or store operations
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Experience in planogram tools is an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
