DUTIES OF REGIONAL SALES HEAD FOR VISMIN

Responsibilities

• Directly report to Sales Manager.
• Achieve monthly sales target given for the assigned area.
• Conduct weekly sales meeting for VISMIN account.
• Coordinate with the different departments of the company for dealers concerns such as HR, Accounting, Warehouse and After Sales.
• Communicate with the buyers, merchandisers and marketing in-charge of all the assigned dealers.
• Check WSR and DR of all branches of VISMIN.
• Daily monitoring of pending deliveries for VISMIN in coordination with Account Coordinators.
• Make itinerary for VISMIN Coordinators every two weeks.
• Monitor daily.
• Monitor attendance of promoters in coordination with VISMIN coordinators.
• Make sure that all defective units will be pulled-out regularly and will be sent out to the service center.
• Attend to all store concerns of all VISMIN branches:
• Fixtures
• Pricing
• Implementation of company promotions
• Performance of promoters
• In-store activities
• Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
