Strategic Planning & Development:

· Achieve sales targets within the assigned area and channel

· Manage and develop new customers based on agreed channel and territory

Account Management:

· Maintain existing sales within assigned customers and a given sales territory

· Conduct sales presentations, joint business reviews as well negotiate contracts for existing & new customers

· Provide customers with information regarding foodservice - supply availability, trends, insights and pricing

· Develop and encourage co-branding activities

· Sell and distribute foodservice products to HoReCa and other B2B accounts

Team Dynamics:

· Provide feedback to the organization on customer needs or wants, as well as products and services being offered

· Participate and attend trainings - meetings that help foster team culture and achieve organizational goals

Sales Operation and Execution:

· Assist customers to acquire (order, purchase, deliver & pay) products

· Coordinate with support group on logistical and financial requirements and obligations

Customer Support and Retention:

· Use or facilitate available CRM system or support

· Provide product demonstrations

Compliance and Reporting:

· Comply with relevant safety, hygiene, and service standards and procedures

· Monitor inventory, AR and produce sales reports

Qualifications:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Economics/Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.

- 1-2 years of experience in Sales, preferably Foodservice – HoReCa

- Worked closely with customers (end-users)

- Excellent foundation in technology – computer skills and with good communication skills

- Knowledgeable of foodservice operations and institutional procurement processes

- Preferably, candidates should own a motorcycle or have their own reliable vehicle

- Candidates should be able to manage the travel requirements and working hours
