POSITION: Distributor Sales Supervisor (2 Nos.)
LOCATION: Pampanga (1) & Bataan (1)
WORK SETUP: Field Work
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time (Contract)
JOB SUMMARY:
The Distributor Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing distributor operations, driving sales performance, monitoring retail execution, and ensuring proper distribution of FMCG products within assigned areas.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Graduate or College Undergraduate may apply
- At least 1–2 years experience in Retail & FMCG Distribution
- Excellent in preparing PPT presentations
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Willing to undergo 2-week paid training with seminars prior to onboarding
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Salary: ₱20,000 – ₱22,000/month (depending on experience)
