A Sales Supervisor leads, trains, and motivates a sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets, while handling day-to-day operations. They monitor performance, manage staff schedules, resolve customer complaints, and ensure high levels of service and product merchandising. Key goals include driving revenue, maintaining high staff productivity, and fostering a positive team environment.

SPECIFIC TASKS

• Handle recruiting, training, mentoring, and coaching sales staff to improve sales techniques.

• As part of staff assessment and performance monitoring, he or she should be experienced in tracking key metrics (KPIs), preparing daily/weekly reports, and ensuring quotas if any, are met.

Operations Management:

• Overseeing scheduling, inventory levels, and store displays (in retail) or daily sales activities (in B2B/field sales).

• Customer Relations: Assisting in closing sales, handling escalated complaints, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Strategy Implementation: Executing sales initiatives, sales quotas, marketing plans, and promotional activities.

• Ensures that all employees comply with company policies, practices & procedures.

• Adheres to and enforces the security policy, credit card policies and procedures, returns and exchanges,

• Reporting & Analysis: Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to provide feedback to higher management.

• Inspection and Audit: On a weekly basis, the supervisor conducts spot inspections and audit in all stores.

• Review the manual sales report of Senior Cashier Staff.

• Review of propose schedule of store staff by Senior Cashier Staff.

• Assist and review the stock management of Aggregator (Grabfood & Foodpanda).

• Make sure to update the Aggregator Price and Product Image & Description.

• Assess the corresponding incident report if there's any, as well as Authority to deduct for any cash shortage and other mode of payment.
