The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, with experience in house-to-house selling, particularly in the telecommunications sector. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to promote and sell Converge Fiber Optic services to residential customers.

• Asiavest, Paranaque City

Qualifications:

• At least High School graduate
• Experienced in Sales especially in house-to-house selling and in the telecommunications industry is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Converge Fiber Optic services (preferred).
• Willing to do field work.
