- The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring that sales targets are met, and supporting the growth and development of the sales department. This role involves guiding and mentoring sales specialist, managing client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies. The Sales Supervisor also plays a crucial role in coordinating with other departments to optimize the sales process and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field (Required).
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- High degree of organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
