Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Retail Coordinator / Supervisor to oversee daily retail operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate has experience in a coordinator, supervisory, or managerial role within the retail industry and possesses strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is a plus.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a Coordinator, Supervisor, Team Leader, or Managerial role within the retail industry.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willing to travel and conduct field visits when necessary.
