Qualifications and Responsibilities

Age Requirement

• With the maturity and energy required to manage multiple operational locations effectively.

Multi-Location Operations Management

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations across assigned branches or areas, ensuring consistency in performance, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.

Performance Monitoring and Target Achievement

• Track, analyze, and evaluate branch performance metrics. Ensure all locations meet or exceed sales targets, operational goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Customer Service Excellence

• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and overall service quality.

Compliance and Policy Enforcement

• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures. Conduct regular checks and audits to maintain high standards.

Reporting and Communication

• Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on operations, sales performance, and issues. Communicate insights and recommendations to upper management for strategic decision-making.

Driving Requirement

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be capable of traveling regularly between assigned locations.
