Job Description

A Sales Bilingual Supervisor (Japanese) drives revenue by managing client relationships, mentoring sales teams, and conducting negotiations, requiring proficiency in both Japanese (JLPT N2/N3) and English. Key responsibilities include B2B sales, account management, quotation preparation, and production coordination, often in manufacturing, automotive, or outsourcing sectors.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related course
  • At least 3–5 years’ experience in Sales, preferably in the manufacturing, automotive, or wire harness industry
  • Experience in handling Japanese clients is highly preferred
  • Nihongo proficiency (JLPT N2 or N3 level preferred) – able to speak, read, and write Japanese


Strong background in:

  • B2B sales and account management
  • Quotation preparation and price negotiation
  • Production coordination and delivery monitoring
  • Customer complaint handling and resolution
  • Knowledgeable in PEZA processes, export documentation, and compliance requirements is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting
  • With strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Work schedule:

Sales and Production positions: Monday to Saturday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM
