Sales Supervisor

Job Description
- Oversee sales activities and performance in assigned regions.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
- Train and mentor sales teams to enhance productivity.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Bachelor's Degree Holder in Business Administration, Marketing and the like.
- Familiarity or exposure to the construction industry is required
- With supervisory experience at least 5 years in Roofing
- Preferably owns a motorcycle or a four-wheeled vehicle
